Section 1

Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of MoveIn's services and platform. By accessing the MoveIn website, requesting a sample plan, purchasing products, or engaging MoveIn for implementation services, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

MoveIn provides curated interior furnishing services combining furniture selection, decor curation, sourcing coordination, logistics management, and installation support for residential and selected commercial projects.

MoveIn operates as a coordination and curation platform, working with a network of suppliers, logistics partners, installers, and service providers.

Section 2

Services Provided

MoveIn offers different levels of service depending on the customer's preferred level of involvement and coordination.

2.1 Free Sample Plan

Customers may request a free sample plan tailored to their home, style preferences, and requested divisions.

The sample plan may include:

  • Furniture and decor recommendations
  • Room-by-room styling direction
  • Indicative layouts
  • Budget indications
  • Curated product selections

Sample plans are conceptual and indicative in nature. Product availability, pricing, and supplier lead times may change prior to final confirmation.

Submission of a sample plan request does not create any obligation to proceed with a purchase or implementation.

2.2 Full MoveIn Plan

Customers may unlock the Full MoveIn Plan through payment of the applicable service fee.

The Full MoveIn Plan may include:

  • Detailed furnishing and decor planning
  • Personalized layout refinements
  • Consultation sessions
  • Measurements visits
  • Technical coordination visits (when applicable)
  • Operational project coordination
  • Delivery and installation coordination support

The Full MoveIn Plan does not include architectural services, construction work, structural interventions, engineering services, or custom-made renovation projects unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2.3 Full-Service Implementation

For customers opting for full-service implementation, MoveIn coordinates:

  • Product sourcing
  • Purchasing coordination
  • Delivery scheduling
  • Logistics coordination
  • Installation and assembly management

MoveIn acts as a project coordinator and operational intermediary between customers, suppliers, logistics operators, and installation partners.

MoveIn may rely on third-party suppliers and service providers to execute parts of the project.

2.4 Direct Furniture Purchases

Customers may choose to purchase recommended products without using MoveIn's full-service implementation.

In such cases:

  • Suppliers may ship products directly to the customer
  • Supplier-specific shipping costs apply
  • Delivery timelines depend on each supplier
  • Assembly services depend on supplier policies
  • Consolidated logistics coordination is not included

MoveIn is not responsible for coordinating deliveries between multiple suppliers when customers choose direct purchase options.

2.5 Existing or Customer-Owned Furniture

MoveIn may incorporate existing or customer-owned furniture into project proposals whenever suitable.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, MoveIn is not responsible for:

  • Removal or disposal of existing furniture
  • Transport of customer-owned items
  • Storage of customer-owned items
  • Assembly or installation of customer-owned items
  • Damages related to customer-owned items during third-party operations

2.6 Project Management & Communication

MoveIn may assign a project manager to coordinate the operational execution of a project.

The project manager is responsible for:

  • Measurements coordination
  • Order coordination
  • Logistics follow-up
  • Installation scheduling
  • Operational communication

The project manager does not act as the project's interior designer or architect.

Most project communication is handled remotely unless otherwise agreed.

Section 3

Purchases & Payments

3.1 Pricing

MoveIn provides indicative pricing ranges for furnishing projects based on project scope, apartment size, requested divisions, supplier selection, and desired level of curation.

All final pricing is presented to the customer for approval prior to order confirmation.

Furniture and decor products are priced according to each supplier's recommended retail pricing. Additional implementation, logistics, coordination, delivery, and assembly costs may apply depending on the selected service level.

3.2 Full MoveIn Plan Fee

Access to the Full MoveIn Plan requires payment of the applicable service fee communicated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified, the fee includes:

  • Detailed furnishing plan access
  • Consultation session(s)
  • Measurements coordination
  • Operational project coordination support

Additional consultation sessions or services requested beyond the included scope may be billed separately.

3.3 Order Confirmation & Payments

For full-service implementation projects, payment is required prior to final order confirmation and purchasing execution unless otherwise agreed in writing.

MoveIn may only begin purchasing, logistics coordination, or implementation activities after the corresponding payment has been received.

For B2B projects or large-scale implementations, alternative payment structures may be agreed separately.

3.4 Supplier Pricing & Shipping Costs

Product pricing and shipping costs may vary depending on supplier policies, delivery regions, product categories, and project requirements.

For direct furniture purchases:

  • Supplier-specific shipping costs apply
  • Products may be shipped separately
  • Supplier delivery timelines may vary

MoveIn will communicate the applicable costs before purchase confirmation whenever possible.

3.5 Changes After Confirmation

Once a customer confirms a project, product order, or implementation scope, changes may:

  • affect pricing
  • impact timelines
  • generate additional operational costs
  • require supplier approval

MoveIn reserves the right to revise project quotations accordingly.

3.6 Refunds

The Full MoveIn Plan fee is non-refundable once detailed project work, coordination activities, or implementation preparation has started.

Refund eligibility for products, shipping costs, or implementation services depends on:

  • supplier policies
  • product category
  • project execution status
  • installation status

Additional return or shipping costs may apply in accordance with supplier conditions.

3.7 Promotional Offers & Pricing Adjustments

MoveIn may occasionally offer promotional pricing, discounts, or temporary offers.

Such promotions:

  • apply only during the communicated validity period
  • cannot be applied retroactively
  • may be subject to additional conditions

MoveIn reserves the right to modify pricing structures or service offerings at any time prior to customer confirmation.

Section 4

Logistics, Deliveries & Timelines

4.1 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery and implementation timelines depend on multiple factors, including:

  • supplier lead times
  • product availability
  • project complexity
  • logistics coordination requirements
  • installation scope
  • customer responsiveness and site readiness

Any timelines communicated by MoveIn are indicative estimates unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4.2 Supplier Availability

MoveIn works with a network of third-party suppliers whose stock levels, production schedules, and delivery capabilities may change over time.

Product availability is not guaranteed until orders are confirmed by the corresponding suppliers.

MoveIn reserves the right to:

  • adjust sourcing strategies
  • replace unavailable products
  • propose equivalent alternatives

when necessary to maintain project feasibility or timelines.

Whenever possible, replacement products will aim to preserve:

  • functionality
  • overall style direction
  • relative quality positioning
  • intended design coherence

4.3 Full-Service Implementation

For projects using MoveIn's full-service implementation, MoveIn coordinates:

  • purchasing flow
  • supplier communication
  • delivery scheduling
  • consolidation logistics (when applicable)
  • installation coordination

MoveIn may consolidate deliveries and coordinate installation activities into a single implementation phase whenever reasonably feasible from an operational and supplier standpoint.

MoveIn may use third-party logistics operators, assembly teams, and service providers to execute project operations.

Implementation costs may vary depending on:

  • project size
  • number of suppliers
  • access conditions
  • delivery complexity
  • installation requirements

4.4 Direct Furniture Purchases

For customers purchasing products without MoveIn implementation services:

  • suppliers may ship independently
  • products may arrive on different dates
  • supplier-specific shipping conditions apply
  • assembly services depend on each supplier's policies

MoveIn is not responsible for:

  • coordinating supplier deliveries
  • consolidating shipments
  • installation scheduling
  • third-party assembly quality
  • delays caused by supplier operations

4.5 Site Conditions & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery and installation conditions are suitable for the execution of the project.

This includes:

  • adequate access to the property
  • elevator availability (when applicable)
  • stair access feasibility
  • parking permissions
  • building access authorization
  • readiness of the installation area

MoveIn is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate site information or restricted access conditions.

Additional charges may apply when:

  • deliveries require extraordinary handling
  • installations cannot be completed as scheduled
  • access limitations significantly affect operations

4.6 Measurements & Technical Visits

MoveIn may perform measurements visits and technical coordination visits when included within the selected service scope.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • access to the property at the agreed time
  • accuracy of any customer-provided measurements or floorplans
  • readiness of the space for evaluation

MoveIn is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information.

  • supplier delays
  • manufacturing issues
  • transportation disruptions
  • customs or import delays
  • force majeure events
  • strikes or labor disruptions
  • weather conditions
  • utility or infrastructure issues
  • customer-related delays or changes

In such situations, MoveIn will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and coordinate alternative solutions whenever possible.

Section 5

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

5.1 General Return Conditions

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to:

  • supplier policies
  • product category restrictions
  • order status
  • installation status
  • applicable legal requirements

Because MoveIn works with multiple independent suppliers, return conditions may vary between products and brands.

Whenever possible, MoveIn will assist customers in coordinating return or exchange requests with the corresponding suppliers.

5.2 Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated by the supplier or required by law:

  • return shipping costs
  • exchange shipping costs
  • collection fees
  • re-delivery fees

shall be borne by the customer.

Supplier-specific shipping and handling conditions apply to each product.

5.3 Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return or cancellation, including but not limited to:

  • made-to-order products
  • customized items
  • assembled or installed products
  • used or damaged products
  • hygiene-sensitive products
  • products explicitly marked as non-returnable by suppliers

Applicable restrictions will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.

5.4 Damaged or Defective Products

Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report any damages, defects, missing items, or quality issues within 30 days of receipt.

Claims must include:

  • photographs clearly showing the reported issue
  • photographs of the product packaging when relevant
  • any supporting delivery documentation requested by MoveIn or the supplier

Returned products must be kept in appropriate condition and, whenever possible, returned in their original packaging.

MoveIn reserves the right to reject claims that:

  • do not include sufficient supporting documentation
  • relate to damages caused after delivery or installation
  • result from misuse, improper handling, improper assembly, or customer-related conditions
  • involve products returned in unsuitable condition beyond normal inspection or evaluation

Resolution processes depend on supplier policies and may include:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • exchange
  • refund
  • supplier inspection procedures

5.5 Order Changes & Cancellations

Once a project, product order, or implementation stage has been confirmed, cancellation or modification requests may:

  • not be possible
  • generate additional costs
  • affect project timelines
  • depend on supplier approval

Orders already placed with suppliers may become partially or fully non-refundable.

MoveIn reserves the right to retain any costs already incurred in connection with:

  • sourcing
  • purchasing
  • logistics coordination
  • implementation preparation
  • supplier commitments

5.6 Full-Service Implementation Cancellations

For projects using MoveIn's implementation services, cancellations after operational coordination has started may generate additional charges related to:

  • logistics planning
  • supplier coordination
  • warehousing
  • installation scheduling
  • third-party service commitments

Such costs will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.

5.7 Customer Delays or Postponements

If a customer requests delays, postponements, or rescheduling after implementation activities have been planned or initiated, additional costs may apply, including:

  • storage costs
  • re-delivery fees
  • rescheduling charges
  • additional coordination costs

MoveIn will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes whenever operationally feasible.
